Our guarantee covers:
- Wind & watertight integrity — no leaks under normal weather conditions
- Structural soundness — walls, roof, floor, and doors as described
- Paint and cosmetic condition — matching the described condition (new, one-trip)
- Functional doors — open, close, and lock properly

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, the container must:
- Be within 30 days of the delivery date
- Be in its original delivered condition — no modifications, cuts, welding, or structural alterations
- Be empty — all personal property and contents must be removed
- Have a documented condition issue supported by photographs
Non-returnable items: Custom-modified containers (offices, workshops), containers with buyer-initiated alterations, and containers damaged by the buyer after delivery.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Condition-related returns: Maritime Container Services pays all return shipping costs when the container does not meet the described condition.
Buyer's remorse / change of mind: A return shipping fee applies, calculated based on the same factors as delivery (distance, container size, method). We provide the exact fee before you confirm the return.
6. Exchanges
We happily accommodate exchanges. Swap your container for a different size, type, color, or condition. Any price difference is refunded or charged accordingly. Exchange requests follow the same 30-day window and condition requirements.
7. Delivery Damage
If you observe damage at the time of delivery:
